About Me
Chelsey Christy is a Colorado artist who specializes in wildlife portraits and nature inspired works. Her bright wildlife paintings have a visual appeal and deeper symbolic meanings. She creates art to showcase the beauty and importance of nature, with hopes to encourage others to respect it as well as enjoy it.
She spends her summer working as a professional fly fishing guide and gets to experience the magic of the outdoors first hand. Wildlife sightings and interactions inspire her and are the fuel for her creativity.
In the winter, Chelsey is either in her art studio or in the mountains snowboarding and snowmobiling. No matter the season, all she wants to do is be outside with the animals. Sharing the beauty of nature is her passion and creates art in hopes of opening up conversations about the spiritual nature and conservation of the wilderness.
